We are building up a worldwide distribution network. While we do set limit on the number of distributors at each local region, there is almost no limitation in term of requirement on finance situation, marketing experience or personal capability. So no matter you are rich or poor, well educated or not, professional or layman, you can have a chance in our network. We want to give everyone an oppotunity to join the distribution of our products. In some cases, if our finance status permits, we can even help you start up.

The only reason we do our distribution this way is to encourage "equal oppotunity" for every global village member to participate the great "saving earth & saving human" movement.

On the other hand, however, we are indeed very picky in choosing right distributors. Our goal is to make sure that our customers are more than 100% happy with our products, which means that the customers feel the value of our products is significantly higher than the prices. We can achieve this goal by improving the quality and lowering the price of each product. But we need much more than that: we need excellent customer and technical services. These services include but are not limited to: fast delivery, efficient product return, 24/7 phone and internet customer care, basic education and training on how to use the products, fast feedback and problem solving. While some issues may have to be dealt with by our company directly, the distributors need to 1) have some basic training and 2) be equipped with the wonderful attitude to serve the customers before they are qualified to start the distribution. 

Since most of our products involve the state-of-the-art technologies, our distributors have to be equipped with the new technologies themselves in order to better serve the customers. We have online training all the time and multiple workshop trainings each year.

The other important factor in excellent customer service is the nice attitude in serving the customers. In many cases you may have to get ready to lose money to make your customers happy, which means you may need to spend much time and energy to help your customers. In case we heard many complains regarding your customer service, we will give you a warning. After three warnings, we will have to sit down and decide whether we should continue our partnership.
